What's a good player to manage my stuff and listen to from my macbook? Itunes streams everyting at 16/44 or 16/48, and will downsample your hi-res files accordingly, but no such limitation with a hardwired connection to an external DAC or amp using the USB-C to USB-B cable, if you do what says.For critical listening, I use Audirvana.
